We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee or non-refundable deposit. Late Arrivals: We strive to accommodate all clients promptly. However, late arrivals may impact the duration of your treatment. In fairness to other clients, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled if you arrive significantly later than the scheduled time. No-Show Policy: Missed appointments without prior notice will be subject to a no-show fee equivalent to half of the service amount. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
